Francisco Paulino is a member of the Democratic Party and currently serves in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 16th Essex District. He assumed office on January 4, 2023, and his current term is set to end on January 1, 2025.
Paulino ran for election to the Massachusetts House of Representatives to represent the 16th Essex District and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
In terms of education, Francisco Paulino earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Mount Washington College in 2012 and a master’s degree and juris doctor from Suffolk University in 2016.
His career experience includes working as a senior tax associate with Madison Tax, a senior mortgage consultant with Insight Mortgage Corp., and an economic development and contract advisor with the City Of Lawrence, Massachusetts. He has also served on the Greater Lawrence Summer Fund Board of the Essex County Community Foundation.
In addition to his political career, Paulino is a tax lawyer and business consultant by profession. He is the founder of Madison Tax, LLC, where he works as a tax consultant. He also served as a senior mortgage consultant at Insight Mortgage and was the founder, president, and CEO of Madison Mortgage Inc.
Paulino’s interests lie in education, public service, and community development. He has two children and a pet named Benyi.
