David Rogers is a member of the Democratic Party and represents the 24th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He assumed office on January 2, 2013, and his current term ends on January 1, 2025.

Rogers ran for re-election to the Massachusetts House of Representatives to represent the 24th Middlesex District and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.

Born in Pennsylvania, Rogers’ professional experience includes working as a business attorney, specifically handling contracts and negotiations. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Law degree from American University.

In terms of committee assignments, Rogers has served on various committees including the Higher Education Joint Committee, Cannabis Policy Joint Committee, and the House Committee on Cannabis Policy.
