Biography

Zachary Harvey represents Rutland’s 3rd district. Harvey is a member of the House Committee on Judiciary. Before entering public service, Harvey spent a decade in financial services, holding various roles at the New York Stock Exchange and its parent, Intercontinental Exchange, a Fortune 500 technology and data services company. He began his career at Nasdaq, a global leader in exchange infrastructure and technology. A graduate of Providence College, Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics and also studied International Relations at University College London. Since graduating, he has served his alma mater on multiple committees, including the Wall Street Advisory Council, the Young Alumni Leadership Council, and the Board for the Providence College Club of New York.
