William Floyd Clinger

William Floyd Clinger (born April 4, 1929) is a former American politician who represented Pennsylvania in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 5th Congressional District. His tenure in Congress began on January 15, 1979, and concluded on January 3, 1997, marking an 18-year career in the House.
