Biography

Wayne P. DeAngelo was born on November 5, 1965, in Trenton, New Jersey. He is a fourth-generation resident of Hamilton Township, Mercer County, with Italian-American heritage. DeAngelo resides in the township with his wife, Toni, and their two daughters.

Education:

  • DeAngelo attended Steinert High School and the Rupert John Trade School.
  • He currently serves as the Assistant Business Manager of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 269.

Political Career:

  • DeAngelo was first elected to the New Jersey General Assembly in 2007, winning a close race alongside incumbent Assemblywoman Linda R. Greenstein.
