TROY HEADRICK of Burlington, represents the Chittenden-15 district. Troy grew up in Manitowoc, WI. He earned a BS in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University. Troy has worked at UVM since 1996, and he is currently an Assistant Director at the Center for Student Conduct. He has also worked for the City of Burlington in Human Resources. Prior to that, he was the owner of a landscape design/installation company and he is certified by the Dry Stone Walling Association of Great Britain. Troy is a lifelong runner, loves music and the arts, and was the 2021 National Mustache Champion (Dalí style). He and his wife live in Burlington. They have two daughters. Member of the House of Representatives, 2023–present.
