Tom Dolan is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 16. He is a member of the Republican Party. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Dolan ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Rockingham 16 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He lives in New Hampshire and has a rich educational background. He earned a B.S. in general engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1978 and an M.A. in human resources from Pepperdine University in 1981.

His career experience includes working as an aerospace engineer from BAE Systems. In addition to his professional and political career, Dolan has been involved in local government. He has served as a Town Councilor since 2001 and has been a part of the Londonderry Budget Committee.
