Biography

Rep. Tippi McCullough is serving her third term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 74 which includes a portion of Pulaski County.

For the 94th General Assembly, Rep. McCullough serves on the House Judiciary Committee and the House City, County, and Local Affairs Committee. Rep. McCullough also serves on the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.

Rep. McCullough is an educator in Little Rock. She received an associate’s degree in physical education from Garland County Community College, a B.S.E. in physical education and English from Ouachita Baptist University, and an M.S.E. in English from Henderson State University.

She has been involved with the Arkansas Education Association Legislative Committee, the National Education Association Women’s Issues Committee, and the First United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Rep. McCullough has been awarded the ACLU Champion of Liberty, A Person of the Year by AR Times, Arkansas Young Democrats Lifetime Young Democrat Award, and the AR Times Runner-up for Best Little Rocker.

She lives in Little Rock with her wife.
