Timothy Soucy is a member of the Democratic Party and currently serves in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Merrimack 21. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.
Before his current tenure, Soucy served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives for Hillsborough 25, Hillsborough 34, and Merrimack 16. He ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Merrimack 21 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Throughout his legislative career, Soucy has been assigned to several committees. In the 2023-2024 legislative session, he was assigned to the Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services Committee.
