Thomas Kaczynski Jr. is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford 5. He is a member of the Republican Party. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Kaczynski ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Strafford 5 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. Prior to this, Kaczynski represented Strafford 22 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2014 to 2018.

In terms of his career experience, Kaczynski has worked as a poultry dealer. He has been assigned to the Public Works and Highways Committee for the 2023-2024 legislative session. He was also assigned to the same committee for the 2021-2022 session. At the beginning of the 2017 legislative session, he served on the Executive Departments and Administration committee. He continued to serve on this committee at the beginning of the 2015 legislative session.

In the 2022 general election for New Hampshire House of Representatives Strafford 5, Kaczynski defeated Patricia Turner. He secured 51.6% of the votes, amounting to 1,197 votes in total.
