Representative Fischer is the son of a teacher, the grandson of an auto worker, and a proud Mahoning Valley native. Born and raised in Youngstown, Tex now lives in Boardman.

Before joining the Ohio House, Tex spent ten years working on the ground to advance conservative policy and ideals.
