Steven Douglas Symms

Steven Douglas Symms (born April 23, 1938) is a former Republican senator from the state of Idaho who served in the United States Congress from January 3, 1973, to January 3, 1993. Over the course of his 20-year congressional career, he completed six terms in federal office, representing Idaho at the national level.
