Steven Wayne Long, born on April 14, 1994, is an American politician and a member of the Republican party. He represents the 37th District in the South Carolina House of Representatives, a position he has held since 2016. Prior to his political career, Steven worked as a licensed real estate agent and small businessman. Notably, he has chaired the Public Safety Sub-Committee during his tenure in the House.
Fun fact: Steven is also an Eagle Scout and has been actively involved in community organizations, including the Gideons International and the Sons of the American Legion Post 200. He resides in Inman, South Carolina, with his wife Soulie and their two children, Trotter and Cora.
