Stephen Horn

Stephen Horn (born May 31, 1931) is a former American politician who represented California in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for California’s 38th congressional district from January 5, 1993, to January 3, 2003. Over the course of his decade in Congress, Horn completed five terms in office.

During his tenure, Representative Horn served as a historical member of Congress from California, reflecting the political landscape of the state in the 1990s and early 2000s.
