Stanley Hubert Dent (born August 16, 1869) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Alabama. He represented Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the early twentieth century. His congressional career is documented as beginning on March 15, 1909, and concluding on March 3, 1921, spanning a total of six terms in the U.S. House of Representatives.

During his tenure, Dent served as a Representative for Alabama under the Democratic Party, reflecting the political alignment of much of the state’s delegation in that era.
