Biography

Stanley Eyre Bowdle (born September 4, 1868) was a Democratic politician who represented Ohio in the United States House of Representatives in the early twentieth century. Serving as a member of Congress from Ohio’s 1st Congressional District, he held office for a single term during a period of significant national political change.

Bowdle took his seat in the House as a Representative on April 7, 1913, and served until March 3, 1915. During this time, he was part of the Democratic Party delegation in Congress, representing his Ohio constituents at the federal level. His service in the House concluded after this one term, and he is recorded as a former member of Congress.
