Shelley Rudnicki is a member of the Republican Party and represents District 67 in the Maine House of Representatives. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Shelley Rudnicki lives in Fairfield, Maine. She graduated from Mt. View High School in 1984 and earned a bachelor’s degree in social and criminal justice from Ashford University in 2013. Her career experience includes owning Shelley’s Used Cars, LLC.

In the 2023-2024 term, Rudnicki was assigned to the Taxation Committee and the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee, where she served as the Ranking Member. In previous terms, she was assigned to the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee (2021-2022) and the Education and Cultural Affairs Committee (2019-2020).

She ran for re-election to the Maine House of Representatives to represent District 67 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. Prior to her current position, she held office in the Maine House of Representatives District 108. Her base salary for the first regular session was $16,245.12 and $11,668.32 for the second regular session. She also received a per diem of $70/day for lodging (or round-trip mileage up to $0.55/mile in lieu of housing, plus tolls) and $50/day for meals.
