Seth Llewellyn Milliken (born December 12, 1831) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Maine. He represented Maine’s 3rd Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the late nineteenth century. A male representative from the state of Maine, Milliken became part of the Republican delegation during a period of significant political and economic change in the United States.

Milliken began his congressional service on December 3, 1883, and remained in office until March 3, 1899. Over the course of these years, he served eight terms in the House of Representatives, consistently representing Maine’s 3rd District.
