Scott Lewis was born on June 2, 1961. As of February 2020, he lived in Hartford, Kentucky. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree from Western Kentucky University. His career experience includes working as a superintendent with the Ohio County Board of Education. He has also been a member of the Kentucky Association of School Superintendents and the Kentucky Association of School Administrators.
Scott Lewis is a member of the Republican Party and represents District 14 in the Kentucky House of Representatives. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. His current term ends on January 1, 2025. He is running for re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 14.
During his tenure, Lewis has been assigned to various committees. For the years 2023-2024, he was assigned to the House Education Committee, Elections, Const. Amendments & Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, House Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection Committee, Education Committee, State Government Committee, and Veterans, Military Affairs and Public Protection Committee.
