Undeterred, he founded his own software company, Unique System Skills LLC, which became a cornerstone of his professional success.

He invested in creating a licensed technical institute to help the local workforce enhance their skills and remain competitive in the job market. His passion for helping others extended to his real estate ventures, where he supported tenants by leveraging his network to find them jobs and even hired some of them in his company. He guided many to complete their college degrees and transition into corporate roles or start their own businesses.
Salvi’s dedication to social work is evident in his involvement with the Nashua Soup Kitchen project. Leading a team of 48 local families, he has been instrumental in preparing and serving over 20,000 meals to those in need over the past four years. His contributions to the community also include roles as a Sunday school teacher, temple volunteer, and provider for the homeless.
In the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Salvi serves on the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee.
