Samuel Addison Oliver (born July 21, 1833) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Iowa. He represented Iowa’s 9th Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the latter part of the 19th century. His tenure in Congress places him among the historical members who helped shape national policy during that era.

Oliver served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, holding office from December 6, 1875, to March 3, 1879.
