Samuel LaFort Collins (born August 6, 1895) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from California. He represented California’s 19th congressional district and served two terms in Congress. Collins entered federal office on March 9, 1933, during a period of significant national political and economic change.

As a Representative, Collins served from March 9, 1933, until January 3, 1937. Throughout this time, he was affiliated with the Republican Party and held the formal role of Representative for California’s 19th district. His service in Congress concluded in 1937, and he is recognized as a historical, former member of Congress from California.
