Representative Russell White is serving his first term in the Maine Legislature, representing District 13, which includes Ellsworth, Fletchers Landing Township, Waltham, and Central Hancock. A dedicated healthcare talent acquisition professional, Rep. White brings a wealth of experience in recruiting and workforce development to the Legislature.
Rep. White is also a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, having served as an aerial gunner (helicopters) and achieving the rank of Master Sergeant (E-7). His military service included deployments to Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, where he contributed to numerous critical operations.
Rep. White holds four Associate Degrees in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Aerial Operations, and Aircraft Armament Systems. He is married to Ena, and they have two children, Declan and Ryan. In his free time, Rep. White enjoys cycling, watching local sports, and is an active member of the Kebo Valley Golf Club. His commitment to both his community and his country shapes his service in the Maine Legislature.
