Roy Henry Thorpe (born December 13, 1874) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Nebraska. He represented Nebraska’s 1st Congressional District and served a single term in Congress. Thorpe’s tenure in the U.S. House began on April 11, 1921, and concluded on March 3, 1923.

During this period, Thorpe held office as a Representative in the post–World War I era, participating in the national legislative process as a member of the Republican Party.
