Robert Wharff is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 49. He assumed office on January 4, 2021, and his current term is set to end on January 4, 2027.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Robert Wharff pursued his education at Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in wildlife management. His passion for wildlife and conservation led him to become the executive director of Wyoming Sportsmen for Fish & Wildlife, a role he has held since 2002. This position allowed him to advocate for the interests of sportsmen and wildlife enthusiasts across the state, fostering a deep connection with the community he now represents.
Wharff’s political career began with his election to the Wyoming House of Representatives in November 2020. As a legislator, he has been actively involved in committees such as the House Agriculture, State and Public Lands and Water Resources Committee, and the House Labor, Health and Social Services Committee.
