Representative Richard “Rick” Mason of Lisbon is currently in his fourth term representing House District 97, encompassing part of Lisbon. Within the 131st Legislature, he actively serves on the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and the Transportation Committee. Mr. Mason, with five years of service, is currently the Ranking Member of the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
A graduate of Lisbon High School, Rep. Mason embarked on a career as an excavation contractor. He is the proud owner, operator, and founder of Rick Mason Excavation, Inc.
Rick and his wife, Deb, are parents to two children. During his leisure hours, he finds solace in outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing. Additionally, he has a keen interest in classic cars, particularly his 1964 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck, and actively participates in car shows.
