Ralph Harold Metcalfe (born May 29, 1910) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Illinois. He represented Illinois’s 1st Congressional District as a U.S. Representative, serving four terms in Congress. His tenure in the House began on January 21, 1971, and concluded on January 3, 1979.
During his time in office, Metcalfe served as a representative for the state of Illinois, aligning with the Democratic Party.
