Before his tenure in the Rhode Island House of Representatives, he served as the President of the Smithfield Town Council, where he played a pivotal role in addressing local issues and implementing meaningful changes. His leadership extended to the Water Advisory Commission for the Smithfield Water Supply Board, where he contributed to improving the town’s water infrastructure and ensuring its resilience.
