Paul Joseph Kilday (born March 29, 1900) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Texas. He represented Texas’s 20th Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the mid-20th century. Identified in congressional records under the bioguide ID K000171, he was part of the Texas delegation during a period of significant national and international change.

Kilday began his congressional service on January 3, 1939, and remained in office until January 3, 1963. Over the course of these twenty-four years, he served twelve terms in the House of Representatives.
