Biography

Patrick B. Haddon (born September 15, 1977) is an American politician. He has been a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives since 2019, representing the 19th District. Haddon is affiliated with the Republican party.

Notably, he chairs the House Operations and Management Committee and serves as the 1st Vice Chair of the House Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs Committee. His active involvement extends to being a member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus.

In 2023, Haddon briefly co-sponsored the controversial South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act of 2023, which initially proposed making women who had abortions eligible for the death penalty. However, he later withdrew his sponsorship.
