Biography

Assemblyman Patrick J. Carroll was elected to the New York State Assembly in November 2024. A graduate of Northeastern Law School and Wesleyan University, Patrick has been a practicing attorney since 2008, admitted in New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and previously served as legal counsel to the Rhode Island Department of Corrections and the Rhode Island State Senate Labor Committee. He served in the Clarkstown Town Council from 2017 to 2024.

Patrick resides in Bardonia with his wife, Natalie, and four daughters: Madelyn, Lily, Paige and Hailey. His efforts to enrich our community include serving as a CYO basketball coach, supporting the Hudson Valley Special Olympics, and participating in the Keep Rockland Beautiful initiative. In his downtime, Patrick enjoys skiing, visiting the beach and spending quality time with his daughters.
