Nina Milliken is a Democratic politician from Maine, who serves as the state representative for District 16. She assumed office on December 7, 2022. Her current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Milliken is a teacher at the Blue Hill Harbor School and a member of the school board for the town of Blue Hill. She has a bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She lives in Blue Hill with her husband and three children.

Milliken is the House chair of the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee. She ran for election to the Maine House of Representatives in 2022, and won in the general election. Her legislative priorities include combating the opioid epidemic, combating violence against women and girls, improving access to legal services, and increasing access to affordable housing.
