Her career includes serving as the director of sales, outreach, and retention for Presbyterian Health Plan. She has also been actively involved in her local community, serving as the president of the Jackson Middle School PTA and as a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). Her commitment to advocacy led her to establish Robbed New Mexico, a victims’ advocacy organization that supports families affected by violence.
Nicole’s journey into politics was deeply personal. After the tragic loss of her son, Jaydon, in a senseless act of violence, she became a passionate advocate for justice and criminal reform. Her experiences shaped her commitment to enacting tougher crime laws, supporting victims and their families, and ensuring the safety of her community. Nicole’s dedication to these causes eventually led her to align with the Republican Party, where she found her values reflected in their policies and priorities.
