Biography

Rep. Michelle Boyer is a small business owner who is deeply committed to her community. Her active involvement includes her duties as a member of Cape Elizabeth’s Conservation Committee, as well as volunteering at school events and for the high school parent association.

Previously, she has worked as a citizen volunteer for the Firearm Safety Caucus to help advance critical gun safety measures in Maine.

A strong advocate for women’s health, Boyer also co-founded a community organization, Restore the Floor, and has worked with State Senator Anne Carney to pass a measure to enhance access for necessary postpartum care for Maine women.

Boyer lives in Cape Elizabeth with her husband, Mark, and two daughters.
