Biography

Michael Boutin has lived in Barre City for 40 years and graduated from Spaulding High School. He has served as the chair of the Barre City Republicans and was a city councilor for Ward 2 for 14 years. Michael is currently serving a three-year term on the Barre Unified Union School District, where he is the board chair. He has also been the council liaison to the Barre Partnership and the Barre Community Justice Center. With extensive experience in local leadership, Michael has worked to improve his community and support its residents.
