Meldon Carmichael, also known as Micky, is a Republican politician from Maine, who serves as the state representative for District 18. He was elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2022, after serving in the same chamber from 2016 to 2018. He is the ranking member of the Taxation Committee.
Carmichael is a retired veteran who served in the Maine Army National Guard. He is also a business owner who runs Carmichael Transportation, a trucking company. He lives in Greenbush, Maine, with his wife Vanessa. He has four children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
