Martin Anthony Russo (born January 23, 1944) is a former American politician who represented Illinois in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for Illinois’s 3rd Congressional District. His tenure in Congress began on January 14, 1975, and concluded on January 3, 1993, spanning nine consecutive terms in the House.

During his eighteen years in office, Russo served as a Democratic representative from Illinois, focusing his congressional career on the interests of his district and party.
