This is his 6th term in the NH House, where he represents Nashua, Ward 9. Over the years, he has sponsored numerous bills, each reflecting his commitment to the welfare of his constituents and the state of New Hampshire.

In addition to his legislative duties, Representative Jack is a member of the Public Works and Highways Committee. The committee is responsible for all matters pertaining to the development and repair of public highways, the Highway Fund, the Turnpike Fund, buildings and capital construction, the capital budget, matters pertaining to state bonding authority, capital expenditures related to the improvement and preservation of the coastline, the care of state memorials and monuments, and such other matters as may be referred to it.
