Biography

Representative Mark Boyko, a Democrat, proudly represents part of St. Louis County (District 90) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2024.

Rep. Boyko earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law, and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He has been practicing law for the past twenty years, with the majority of his career spent practicing as an ERISA litigator.

Beyond his legal career, Rep. Boyko is deeply involved in his community. He has served on the Kirkwood School Board and the St. Louis area non-profit Places for People, and is currently a director for both the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank and Friends of the Kathy J. Weinman Center, where he supports vital services for local women and families in need.

Rep. Boyko values his family life and enjoys spending time with his wife, Meg, and their children, Miles and Alexis. His dedication to both his community and family reflects his strong commitment to improving the lives of those around him.
