María de Lourdes Santiago Negrón is a Puerto Rican Independence Party (Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño) member of the Senate of Puerto Rico, serving at large. Negrón was first elected in 2021.1
Born on November 13, 1968, in Adjuntas, Negrón studied at University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. Outside elected office, Negrón has worked as an attorney at law. Negrón previously served as a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico (2005–2009), a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico (2013–2017) and a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico (2013–2017).
