Leroy Tate Marshall (born November 8, 1883) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Ohio. He represented Ohio’s 7th Congressional District and served two terms in Congress during the 1930s. His tenure in the U.S. House began on March 9, 1933, and concluded on January 3, 1937.

Marshall served as a Representative at a time of significant national change, participating in federal legislative work during the early years of the New Deal era. As a Republican from Ohio’s 7th District, he was part of the congressional delegation that addressed the political and economic challenges of the mid-1930s. After completing his second term, he left office and is recorded as a former member of Congress.
