Biography

Leland Morgan is a lifelong resident of Milton, Chittenden County and a Republican, representing the towns of Alburgh, Grand Isle, Isle La Motte, North Hero, South Hero, and West Milton. He was educated in the Milton School System and is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Leland is married and has two children and a granddaughter. He is a retired military officer and a former small business owner. Leland is presently a Milton Selectboard member, a member of the Milton Cannabis Control Board, the Milton Liquor Control Board, a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Charter Compliance Committee, as well as the Board of Abatement and the Board of Civil Authority. He is a member of a number of organizations and clubs and is an avid outdoorsman.
