Larry Hart’s life has been in service to others—first, as a United States Marine and later, as the owner of NAPA stores in both Randolph and Bradford. He currently serves as the American Legion Commander for both Orange County and Earl Brock Post 20 of Bradford. For years he performed wedding ceremonies and funeral services as a licensed ordained minister. He is currently a Justice of the Peace for the Town of Topsham after serving nine years as a selectboard member. He is a member of both Middle Branch and Riverside Granges. He currently resides in Topsham with his wife, Emily Waterman-Hart.
