Biography

Kimberly Haggan is serving her first term as the Representative for District 36, which includes Hampden and Newburgh.

Kimberly is a recently retired public school teacher and administrator, bringing 40 years of experience in education. During that time, she also served as a basketball and soccer coach. Haggan holds a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Maine at Farmington.

She is married to State Senator David Haggan, and together they have two children. Kimberly is a member of the Calvary Chapel Church in Orrington.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor recreation sports, especially hunting and fishing.
