Kevin Cook is an American businessman, software engineer, and politician serving as a member of the Idaho State Senate from the 32nd district. He assumed office on December 1, 2022.

Born in Spanish Fork, Utah, Cook earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Weber State University. After his education, he embarked on a career as a software engineer for the Idaho National Laboratory. This experience in the tech industry would prove invaluable, as he later operated his own software consulting business for several years.

In November 2022, Cook was elected to the Idaho Senate, representing District 32. As a senator, he has been an active participant in the legislative process, contributing his unique perspective as a businessman and software engineer.

Beyond his professional and political life, Cook has lived in Bonneville county for 22 years on a small farm. He is a member of the NRA and the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce. He is married to Cheri, and they have been together for 33 years. They are proud parents of four children and three grandchildren.
