Ken Walsh was born in Stockton, California, and has a strong background in agriculture and business. He earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture education from Montana State University in 1976 and later completed a graduate degree from the same institution in 1981. His professional journey includes working as a vocational agriculture teacher, managing the Northern International Livestock Exposition and Rodeo, and serving as the president and CEO of Ruby Valley Bank.

Throughout his career, Walsh has been deeply committed to supporting rural communities and promoting common-sense conservative values. His experiences in small business and agriculture have shaped his approach to public service, emphasizing practical solutions that benefit all constituents.
