Karl Rosario King-Nabors is a Republican member of the Northern Mariana Islands Senate representing the Second Senatorial District of Tinian and Aguiguan. He won election in 2020, succeeding fellow Republican Francisco Borja, and took office in January 2021. He was elected Senate Vice President at the start of the 24th Commonwealth Legislature in January 2025 and became Senate President in July 2025 after Dennis C. Mendiola was elevated to lieutenant governor. He attended Tinian High School and served as Tinian’s representative on the Commonwealth’s COVID-19 Task Force.
