​Karen Grindberg is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 41. She assumed office on December 2, 2024, following her appointment to fill the seat vacated by Michelle Strinden, who was elected as the state’s lieutenant governor. Her current term will end on December 1, 2028.​

Karen’s professional background includes serving as the chief financial officer at Flint Communications, where she gained extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in her legislative work, particularly in matters related to government operations and veterans’ affairs.​

In the North Dakota House of Representatives, Karen serves on the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee and the Industry, Business and Labor Committee.
