Julie Dooling is a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives who represents the 70th district. She was born in 1971 in Kalispell, Montana. She assumed office on January 7, 2019, and her current term ends on January 6, 2025. Before her, the position was held by Kelly Flynn. Julie Dooling is also a financial planner by profession and resides in Helena, Montana with her spouse Joe Dooling and their child.

Dooling has made significant contributions during her tenure. She sponsored legislation known as the Montana Museums Act of 2020, which funded the restoration of several historical sites, museums, as well as the Montana Heritage Center. The bill was signed into law in December 2019. Dooling ran for re-election to the Montana House of Representatives to represent District 70 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
