Judy Seeberger is a member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 41. She is affiliated with the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party. She was elected to the Senate in 2022 and her current term ends on January 5, 2027.

Senator Seeberger’s Capitol Office is located at 95 University Avenue W. Minnesota Senate Bldg., Room 2109, St. Paul, MN 55155. Her legislative assistant is Brenda De Rosas.

Before her political career, Judy Seeberger had a diverse professional background. She worked as a public school teacher, a paramedic, and a fire department employee. She also practiced law.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hamline University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law.

In the 2022 Minnesota Senate election, she campaigned on supporting first responders, including investments in mental health and crime prevention.

During her tenure, she has been assigned to several committees including Commerce and Consumer Protection (as Vice Chair), Agriculture, Broadband, and Rural Development, and Judiciary and Public Safety.

In her first term, she has already authored several bills, demonstrating her active participation in legislative matters.
